Dupoin will not pay out my withdrawal
I requested a USD 9,000 withdrawal on the 15th of last month and have seen nothing since. At first customer service told me to email [email protected]; I sent three emails with my trading records and did not even get an automatic reply.
This platform’s slippage hurt me badly. At exactly 10:00 on 30 July the market was calm, yet both my buy and sell orders slipped 5 points. My sell order was a limit order and it was filled early. Other platforms showed nothing like that spread. Customer service first blamed my network, then called it an “industry standard”. When I asked for the liquidity data at that moment, they could not produce it. A fixed pattern of slippage like this looks like manipulation in the back office.

Taurex changed my execution price and cancelled my profit
On 3 April I placed a manual long trade on the UK100 index, held it for a little over ten minutes and closed at a profit. The platform then told me the trade had not been filled at that price, changed the execution price and cancelled the profit. If I was not filled at that price, why did the trade show as filled and in profit? It looks like a dealing-desk platform cancelling client profits. If they can show the order was genuinely sent to the market at that price, I will accept the cancellation; otherwise I hope the profit is restored.
Slippage left me unable to close and my account was liquidated
Exness’s technical failure did real damage. On the morning of 7 April everyone running EAs on the Real9 server was hit: my MT4 interface froze completely and I could not even close manually. The platform still claims it was a “network environment problem”, but I use a professional VPS on a wired connection with a stable ping throughout. The timing was suspicious, exactly when the market was most volatile; screenshots in a group chat showed other servers trading normally. After the liquidation, customer service just pasted the disclaimer that “technical failures are not compensated”.
The scam tactics are utterly despicable! Not only do they manipulate charts, but they've also invented a robbery tool called "dynamic spreads." My crude oil orders frequently encounter sudden spread expansions to $15 (normally below $3), and customer service actually claims this...
Malicious slippage caused my account to be liquidated
Three of my gold orders at Equiti were liquidated. Gold did rise at the Monday open on 4 December, but no major platform quoted above 2185, while they liquidated me at 2186+. CME futures data did not even break 2183. When I asked for their hedging records and regulatory proof, they ignored me. I deposited more than 5 million in total on this platform. Their quotes were clearly out of line with the international market. I have kept all trade records and market data comparisons.
Acetop (Lingfeng Precious Metals) — frequent disconnections, malicious slippage and back-office control
Gold rose and I was about to close, when the platform suddenly froze. After logging back in the price was lower and all my profit was gone. Customer service said it was a “network problem”, but other platforms were working normally.
Prices manipulated in the back office — I was nearly liquidated
I placed a buy order at 2461 in advance with a stop-loss at 2459. After the data release the order should have filled at 2461 but slipped to 2470.4. The 2459 stop-loss was useless and I was stopped out at a loss.
I have reported the slippage problem six times and the platform just fobs me off. Last week it happened again; I took screenshots and filed a complaint, and customer service replied that it had been “passed to the technical department” — then nothing. The next day the same slippage happened again. When I asked why it was never fixed, they suggested I “adjust my trading strategy”. Slippage is clearly the platform’s problem, so why should I bear the loss?
suddenly market not move and cannot cutlost/profit
I shorted BTC/USD at 12:00 AM on November 24th. The trend was normal at first, but at 12:30 AM, the market suddenly froze! The price didn’t move at all, showing "Off Quotes" (unable to close the position). I checked all financial calendars at the time—there was no news. I tried s...
Complaint and statement against Gate.io for freezing user assets
To Gate.io’s global management, regulators, FinanceWiki and the crypto community: I am an ordinary user pushed to the brink by Gate.io, writing to expose how the exchange abused its power to freeze user assets and how its customer support system broke down completely. My family is going through a sudden crisis and a close friend is seriously ill, yet the platform, which calls itself “safe and efficient”, has answered only with automated messages and inhumane delays. Since mid-March 2025, when I found my account had been barred from withdrawals without reason, I have sent five emails, opened eleven live-chat sessions and called…
As a long-time user of ATFX, I never imagined I'd be screwed over so badly by my own platform's technical issues! Last night, before the gold market volatility, I started trying to deposit funds to top up my margin a full 2 hours in advance, but the system kept throwing errors. T...
15 January: Axi ignored my GBP/USD stop-loss and slipped over 40 points, wiping out my account
On the afternoon of 15 January, Axi did not close my GBP/USD position at my stop-loss. It slipped more than 40 points and closed at the day’s low for GBP/USD, causing heavy losses. Has anyone had the same experience? Axi refuses to compensate. What can I do?
Severe slippage, trading line drifts, stuck at points, trading spreads are dozens of pips higher.
I've been completely screwed over by the technical issues of this garbage platform! When trading gold on their MT5, the candlestick charts are always drifting and misaligned, showing a drop when it should be a rise. At critical moments, it inevitably freezes, and by the time I ca...
Using the browser inside the official imToken app, I followed the link bit122.icu to a fake Coinbase platform. At first, following their “Web3 earning plan”, I made small amounts and could withdraw them. Then they persuaded me to invest more for bigger returns, but no matter how much I put in afterwards, nothing could be withdrawn. They are still using this method to scam people — be careful.
